Performance Times and Ways to Help
Dear WCSS Community,
Please find below the outline of student performances for the Kambarang Fair on Saturday October 28 from 10.00am - 3.00pm. Please note the program is subject to change but should help with planning your day and ensuring you can sign up to help out at a time that works for you.
Primary students are performing at the Fair opening and throughout the day. Clothing suitable for school should be worn (ie. plain coloured t-shirts). Please help your child by noting when and where they are performing and encouraging them to be ready a few minutes early.
A reminder to dedicate some time to helping out on a stall. We need every family to contribute in order to ensure an enjoyable day for all and there are many empty spots still on the rosters. Please sign up here or check in with your Class Carer or WCSSCA about other ways to help out.
Please bake a cake, biscuits or a slice (clearly labelled) and bring any flowers/vines/greenery that you can. WCSSCA are also asking for donations of plants and (Steiner appropriate) books.
Posters are still available at Reception. Please collect a few this week to pin up in your area and share the Facebook Event.
Whilst a cash out facility will be available at Reception and many stalls will likely have EFTPOS it is a good idea to come prepared and bring cash with you on the day.

11.00am Class 1 Performance in Class 1 Room
11.30am Class 4 Performance on stage
12.15pm Class 2 & Class 3 Performance on stage
12.45pm Class 5 Performance on stage
1.30pm Class 6 Performance on stage
* School Tours are running at 10.30am & 1.30pm

We have unique stallholders, new food offerings, fabulous raffle prizes, opportunities to learn more about Steiner education by attending a tour or visiting teachers in classrooms, and inspiring activities for all ages. Invite friends, families and neighbours to join in the festivities and make cherished memories together.
