Celtic Dance Event Information
Celtic Dance Information

The Celtic Dance is a much-loved annual event for the whole WCSS community, and just one sleep away!
Following is information to make the night an enjoyable one for all.
Whilst we have staff on duty, parents are responsible for the duty of care and supervision of their children at all times. Past students are very welcome to attend however parents/caregivers have duty of care and need to ensure they stay within the event area.
This year the Celtic Dance will be held on the school grounds in the front part of the school. The back gate will be locked and the back oval off limits. The Lizard Tree and playground equipment is also out of bounds.
Performances and dancing will occur on the stage and quadrangle area with picnicking taking place on the grass around the Picnic Tree. Food stalls will be located in the staff carpark and will serve food until 7.30pm (unless sold out earlier). Cakes will be available until the end of the evening.
In line with our Electronic Devices Policy, phones and digital devices are to be tucked away during the performance. Parents are not permitted to take photos or film during the performance.
Parking will be very limited - please consider parking at Nollamara Shopping Centre. DO NOT park on residents' verges or driveways.
There are many ways to help out on the night so if you can donate a little time please contact Jasmin 0487 194 853.
A First Aid Station will be located near Reception.
The Celtic Dance concludes at 8.00pm - please make your way home promptly. Those staying beyond 8.00pm will be cleaning up and packing down to ensure a speedy departure for all!
